GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
  PAYMENT TERMS
Please send the Registration Form together with a non-refundable deposit of € 150,00 to confirm your enrolment, balance during your stay.
Deposit is not an additional cost, but part payment of fees.
Deposit can be paid by bank transfer to the our Bank Account at:

Our General Conditions 2008, valid for this contract are available upon request, including all the details regarding the course and the accommodation. Please do not hesitate to ask for it at any time. For anything not mentioned here and in our General Conditions, the Italian law will be applied. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Court of Ravenna.
  GROUP COURSE CLAUSE
In the event of insufficient students to run a group course, a reduced one-to-one tuition or duo tuition schedule is offered: for 2 students, 12 lessons with teachers and 8 assisted self-study sessions per week; for 1 student, 8 lessons with teachers and 12 assisted self-study sessions per week.
  PERSONAL DATA - PRIVACY
Students authorize the School to include their personal data on a mailing list for the purpose of enrolment. Students may also periodically receive informative, news letters, promotional material. Students, in accordance with the Italian law (art.13, 675/96) may at any time require that their personal data be removed from the mailing list of the school.
