Italian Language Stay Accommodation

Studying Italian in Italy means “living” the language.

Student accommodation is selected with the greatest care as we want students to feel completely at home in their accommodation.
The families providing accommodation are warm, open and enthusiastic about spending time with their foreign guests.

Our staff constantly monitor the accommodation carefully to ensure that the expected level of quality is maintained.

Single or double rooms are available with shared bathroom. We can also offer “executive” type rooms which are larger and have a private bathroom.

The rooms for students are comfortable, making even a long stay a pleasant experience.

For those desiring greater independence, we can offer flats, B&B and hotels.

Comfort: all accommodation within easy reach of the school on foot or by bicycle in just a few minutes.

You can choose from one of the following possibilities:
 

HOST FAMILY

F/1 - Accommodation in Host Family in single room and breakfast
F/1-hb - Accommodation in Host Family in single room and half board (4 dinners per week)

F/2 - Accommodation in Host Family in double room (only by students enrolling together) and breakfast
F/2-hb - Accommodation in Host Family in double room (only by students enrolling together) and half board (4 dinners per week)

E/1 - Executive Family (larger and more comfortable room with private bath), single room and breakfast
E/1-hb - Executive Family (larger and more comfortable room with private bath), single room and half board
(4 dinners per week)

E/2 - Executive Family (larger and more comfortable room with private bath), double room (only by students enrolling together) and breakfast
E/2-hb - Executive Family (larger and more comfortable room with private bath), double room (only by students enrolling together) and half board (4 dinners per week)

APARTMENT

A/1 - Single room in shared Apartment
A/2 - Double room (only by students enrolling together) in shared Apartment.

S/A1 - Studio/Apartment for one person
S/A2 - Studio/Apartment (only by students enrolling together) for two persons.

HOTEL

All hotels are minimum 3 stars and located in centre town.

B&B - BED & BREAKFAST

GENERAL INFORMATION OF ACCOMMODATION

1. Housing reservations run from the Sunday afternoon before the beginning of the course to the Saturday morning at the end of the course.

2. You have to contact the host family or the landlord (by telephone or e-mail) one week before, to communicate the date and time of your arrival and arrange pick-up from Ravenna train Station.

4. Car Parking
In the town centre it is very difficult to find free parking. If you want to live in the town centre close to the school you have to park in a private garage at a cost. If you want to park your car for free close to the accommodation, you have to request accommodation outside the town centre.

5. Host families F/1 - F/1-hb - F/2 - F/2-hb
Room in apartment with the owners who interact daily with students. The household can also be a one-person family and freedom is limited by the normal rules of the family.
Accommodation fees include: Italian breakfast (and dinners if booked), bed-linen, one washing machine use per week.
Accommodation fees don't include: dinners if not booked, kitchen use, towels, ironing, bicycle hire.
Students must ask the family directly regarding the availability and cost of such extras. Extra services must be paid for at least 2 days before leaving.

6. Host families E/1 - E/1-hb - E/2 - E/2-hb
Executive rooms have a private bathroom and the environment is more comfortable with larger room.
Room in apartment with the owners who interact daily with students. The household can also be a one-person family and freedom is limited by the normal rules of the family.
Accommodation fees include: Italian breakfast (and dinners if booked), bed-linen, bath-towels, two laundry services ironing included per week, bicycle hire.
Accommodation fees don't include: dinners if not booked, kitchen use.

7. Rooms in Apartments A/1 - A/2
Rooms in shared apartment where other students and/or owners can live in, just sharing common spaces (kitchen, bathroom, etc.).
There is more freedom than in the host families but there are common sense rules to follow.
Accommodation fees include: heating, water, lighting, bed linen and kitchen use.

8. Independent Room or Flats SA/1 - SA/2
Completely independent flat. Accommodation fees include: bed linen, towels, washing machine, iron, heating, water, lighting and kitchen supplies and if requested flat cleaning once per week.
